2. Services
Freelance graphic design, motion design, and media production:
- Concept development, design, and production of graphics, animations, and video content
- Web design and frontend development
- Setup and operation of streaming software
- Automation workflows for content production
3. Social Media Upload Workflow
If you use my personal upload automation workflow:
- You authorize our application to upload content to your social media accounts.
- You are responsible for the content you provide—it must not violate any laws or platform guidelines.
- We are not responsible for platform decisions (rejections, removals, account restrictions).
- We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or monetization.
- You can revoke access at any time through each platform's settings.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and materials needed for the project.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide (images, videos, text, music).
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner.
- Pay agreed fees according to the payment terms.
5. Liability
- We are liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence according to law.
- For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of service.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party platform decisions.
- Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with reasonable notice.
- Work completed up to termination must be paid for.
- For upload services, you can simply revoke platform access at any time.
7. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For business clients, the exclusive jurisdiction is Germany.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
